RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 2nd June 2025

In accordance with our terms and conditions, by using this website, phonemonkey.co.uk, you are doing so as a trade buyer. Returns / refunds handled as follows; 

Unused parts 

Unused, unopened parts can be returned for a full refund/credit within 30 days of purchase. 

For parts installed or opened or missing packing, Genuine Accessories reserves the right to refuse or credit a lower amount in respect of reduced resale value. 

Warranty post installation

We strongly suggest all parts are pre-tested prior to installation as this excludes technician damage. 

How we handle warranty post instantiation is dependent on the type of part, we do not cover damage that may have been caused by technician or end user.  

• Service parts, No warranty post installation 
• Used/ recycled parts, 30 days post installation, does not cover blank screens as deemed broken. 
• 3rd party parts, 6 months from date of supply, provided in minimum AB condition, does not cover blank screens as deemed broken.

For parts returned under warranty, we issue store credit.
