you are either acting as a buyer on behalf of a registered company or as a sole trader. This Website is not intend for use by the general public. Please do not use this site if you are a private individual.  

By using this website you are in acceptance of all our terms listed here and in our shipping and refund policy. 

Definitions

• Parts, we typically refer to any product sold on our website as a part or parts. 
• Service pack or service part, a genuine part originally supplied by an official distributor. 
• EX devices, a genuine part removed from a device. 
• Generic part, a part produced by a third party 
• Recycled part, an original part that has been repaired or restored, typically this is done using third party components.

Title 

Title to parts ordered does not transfer from Genuine Accessories to buyer until we have received payment in full. Genuine accessories reserves the right to charge interest at lloyds unarranged overdraft rate on amounts outstanding past due date where parts have been dispatched or collected.

 Liability 

Genuine Accessories LTD liability will never exceed the value of goods supplied under the associated invoice.
