SHIPPING POLICY 

Effective Date: 2nd June 2025

• All items sold on an EXW basis, with shipping charged to buyer.
• We are shipping from our warehouse in West London, UK.
• Our cut off times with Royal Mail are Mon-Friday 1530, Saturday 1130.
• Our cut off times for DPD are Mon-Thurday 1900 , Friday 1830, Saturday 1500. 
• Batteries and products containing batteries cannot be sent via royal mail. 
• For shipments to Northern Ireland preference is to use Royal mail & Evri (for batteries).
• In the event a parcel is missing or damaged by courier, we can lodge a claim on buyers behalf. 
• Collection possible on approval.
